Club Meeting Items – 2013/01/30

A club meeting was held tonight in order to cover the following items.

Gym rental fee increase from $15/hour to $17.50/hour.

Open play schedule changes for February and March. Check the Calendar!!!

Confirmation that players have seen this web site.

Accomodation of youth interest in playing at the club. A vote passed to set aside a table for youth players to share during open play. A youth fee of $1/visit (with a member) or 2$/visit (with non-member) will be collected. 1st vist is still free. 'Youth' is defined as age 15 and under. Ages 16 and above will adhere to normal Visitor fee or Membership dues.

Other Business: We were asked by Lance Mascaro from the Chinese Association of Iowa about borrowing two tables for Saturday 2/2/2013. This is not much notice and we don't know much about Lance or the association. In order for this to happen, the Club expects a cash security deposit. Jon A. will provide this information to Lance. We won't know if this will be pursued until Thursday 1/31 at the earliest.
